October Check In

I continue to give thanks to God my Father every day for:

  • The Lord Jesus Christ and what he accomplished for me at Calvary.
  • The word of God which effectually worketh in me.
  • The fellowship that I have with him, and with his son Jesus Christ.
  • The fellowship that I have with my family (The Church of the Living God), and for a pastor who teaches the scriptures aright.
  • The privilege of having the time and being able to read the holy scriptures daily.
  • His establishment commandment
  • The Holy Ghost and to all riches of the full assurance of understanding.
  • All things that he has provided me in the earthly: food, clothing, shelter, my wife, my work, my heath.
Work continues to go well. Despite the ultra-leftist bent of most of the staff, in good cheer I work with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not men. I am able to read while on break and at lunch. For this I am very grateful.

I continue to awake early and study prior to work every morning. It has proved to be a great use of my time. In addition to my daily reading, I have been steadily progressing through my Spanish Bible after work, reading it also according to God's establishment commandment. I am now at an upper intermediate Spanish level and can read fairly well.

Very happy to for Christiaan and Mary, Dragomir and Abby, and John and Armie!  Congratulations all!

Miss and love you, Family.
