December Check-In

I continue to give thanks to God my Father every day for:

  • The Lord Jesus Christ and what he accomplished for me at Calvary.
  • The word of God which effectually worketh in me.
  • The fellowship that I have with him, and with his son Jesus Christ.
  • The fellowship that I have with my family (The Church of the Living God), and for a pastor who teaches the scriptures aright.
  • The privilege of having the time and being able to read the holy scriptures daily.
  • His establishment commandment
  • The Holy Ghost and to all riches of the full assurance of understanding.
  • All things that he has provided me in the earthly: food, clothing, shelter, my wife, my work, my heath.
I have been praying for Martin that he continues to get better and stronger, that he will remain steadfast, and continue to endure sound doctrine. I am very thankful that our local family has been providing the help and care he needs. I wish I was there to contribute.

My maladies of last month are gone. I am grateful that I was able work and did not have to take any time off.  I have been on a "holiday" break the past two weeks. What a joy!  I have been readily redeeming the time, spending many hours reading and praying. What sweet fellowship with my Saviour!

I miss you all, and again I wish I was there locally.

Love you all!
